Happy Wednesday! I am so excited to be sharing our Christmas home decor with you today! This year we will be celebrating our first Christmas in our new home, & we wanted to make sure the holiday season was truly magical for Arya & Ayla! Typically, we would wait until the day after Thanksgiving to decorate, but this year we ordered a new tree online & needed to see how it looked in person. One of my best friends was in town the day after the tree arrived & we had so much fun putting it up together! I am so happy with the way it turned out & it looks even more beautiful in person than it did online!
Originally, we had planned on going with a silver, gold, & white theme, but I absolutely love the way the pop of red looks against the white of the tree. It also ties in with the throw, books, & pillows we have scattered around the room.
I found these beautiful gift boxes at my local Target store! I’m planning on tying bows around the red & polka dot boxes.
I’ll be sharing a tutorial for the red bows I made for the tree. They were so easy to make & ended up costing me less than $1 each!
